The recommendations are aimed to get some priority goals for road safety such as:

• infrastructure compliance with regulations and rules of good design oriented towards the safety of all users;
• reducing the speed of vehicles;
• a better understanding of local rules of movement;
• a greater awareness of the environment;
• a fair distribution of network traffic, according to the functional classification of roads and the context in which they are placed;
• better regulation of traffic in residential areas and / or business;
• creating a road environment that protects the weak users.
